Welcome to my little handballsite. 
Here you will get a chance to get to know me and what it is I am doing with my time. My background is in handball, which I have played professionally since 1998. Alltogether I've played 4 years in Norway, 4 years in Germany, 2 years in Greece and 1 in Spain. At the time being I'm playing in my home club near the swedish capital.  Besides Handball I started my own company in september 2008, as a personal trainer and motivator, holding courses and lectures mainly about training and nutrition. I think it would be fairly easy to say that my largest intrests are Training and sports!

October 09:

I started studying at the Chiropractic College in Stockholm in August.

Therefore I decided to continue playing handball in my home club Skånela IF.

My arm is back to normal after the bicep surgery in February.
But my right knee still isn't good and I'm expecting to have arthroscopy at the end of this month.

By the way, I added 5 new pics in the gallery.
